Volunteer in Your Community!



River Park hosts several community events to bring together neighbors and enjoy good food and fine company. These events cannot occur without the help of our neighbors.

If you’d like to get to know more of your neighbors and help the community in the process, please consider volunteering for one of these events. Shifts of an hour or two are sought and training (if necessary) will be provided:

Spring General Meeting (third Saturday morning in April)
Pops in the Park (one Saturday evening in either June and July)
4th Of July Firecracker Parade and Festival (morning-afternoon of July 4th)
Screen on the Green (third or fourth Saturday evening in August)
River Park Picnic (third Saturday afternoon in October)
Fall General Meeting (first or second Saturday morning in November)

During the year, new events are scheduled and new issues arise (e.g. mountain lion visits, major housing developments) where neighborhood time and input is greatly needed. If something comes up that you would like to help out with or there is something you think the RPNA should devote its time to, please let us know by sending us an e-mail, filling out the online volunteer form below, or downloading this print form (pdf) and mailing it to RPNA at: P.O.
